First I want to say sorry for everything I´ve missed the past weeks.
I promise I have read – most – posts, even if I haven’t made a comment.
If I´ve missed something important, please give me a link and I will read it.
The past weekend I had the girls for a sleepover first from Friday to Saturday. Actually Thea went home Friday night, but more about that later.
They arrived for the weekend and asked Mum over for dinner. We had hotdogs and salads, and played a card game Thea had brought with her.
Then we had a fruit salad, and a little candy and mum went home and Thea to bed.
The thing is, the girls sleep on foldout beds in my living room, so when Thea is asleep, I move her into my bed, so Sarah and I can watch a movie or something before bed.
So we did that as usual, and started watching a Danish movie that Sarah liked.
Suddenly there was a noise from my bedroom and when I went in there, poor Thea had fallen out of bed. She had hit he eyebrow, not a lot but a little blood came out. I cleaned her up, gave her some water and put her back in bed. But she was awake now and wanted her Mummy. I tried a lot of things, but in the end called her Mum. She and my bro came and picked her up, no drama at all.
Sarah and I went back to the movie and our talks. So it was past midnight before we went to bed.
Saturday we went to Mums and painted pictures. It is fun as Sarah is really great at that, mum is good and I am horrible. But we had fun.
Sarah was supposed to go home Saturday and I had a dinner and movie date with Mum.
But Mum made some calls, so Sarah got to stay until Sunday.
We had roast pork, green potatoes, red cabbage and sauce. So yummy…Sarah ate like I have never seen before ;)
Mum and I then watched the last episode of “Downtown Abbey” while Sarah played on mum’s pc.
We then all watched “Midsummer Murders”.
When Sarah and I got home, my plan was that we would go to bed, but Sarah had other plans.
She went to a forum she is on and they were discussing scary movies there. They wanted to play “Bloody Mary”, but not Sarah…she wrote on the forum for more than an hour and when the clock was past midnight and we were to go to bed, she was afraid to sleep alone! So we pulled her bed into my bedroom and then we slept there together ;)
Sunday morning Sarah made pancakes and omelettes for us for breakfast. Heaven is, getting breakfast that you haven’t made yourself.
It was Mothers Day so she made a card for her mum, and we spend the day talking and watching Tom and Jerry DVD’s…..
