Last week was the last week of the schools summer holidays, so Sarah came for a few days. Thursday to Saturday – fever days than first allowed, but we take what we can get.

My SIL dropped her off around noon.
Thea came too and decided she wanted to stay too; she could sleep in my bed… ;)
I told her that she had to be older, so we ended on when she can sleep until 8 in the morning, she can sleep over too.
I´ve made a goody bag for her with a DVD and some candy, so she didn´t mind going home that much.

Sarah had invited Mum over for dinner that day, so we made pork chops with oven baked potatoes and béarnaise sauce.
That was yummy ;)

For movie night we watched “Scooby-doo 1”
Sarah has developed a BIG crush on Matthew Lillard so we would be on a hunt for the second movie the next day.

Friday was the “whole” day we had together and the weather was great.
We went to town to see the new excavations in town.

Two weeks ago it turned out that another part of Aalborg was built on a 700 year old graveyard.

So we went to take a look. Luckily Sarah loves that kind of things as much as I do.

We had a great time watching.

Then we went on a hunt for “Scooby-doo 2” movie. We found it, and Sarah then decided we should go out for lunch, and she wanted to go to a place called The Fountain”.
We have been there once before, they have the most amazing hot dogs ;)
So we had hot dogs, and Sarah got checked out by a boy that came in a little later with his Mum. She enjoyed that a lot ;)

After lunch Sarah went shopping for gifts for Mum and me, and then we went home.
We rested for a couple of hours, and then we went to Mums for dinner. We had roast pork, green and sugar potatoes, gravy and red cabbage.
Sarah and Mum had a great time together and I enjoyed that so much.

When we came back here, we watched the new Scooby-doo movie, and Sarah turned into “Victoria Frankenstina”: She had brought a lot of pieces from old Barbie dolls, and transformed them into new dolls. She is so creative.

Seems like most children in Europe starts school in September...we are just weird here;)

Thanks Sweetie, we always have the best times togethr;)

Aalborg was founded by Vikings more than 1000 years ago, and people got burried outside the citywall. As the town grew bigger, they build on top of the old grave yeards, which are now being revealed for us..that is the second time in a few years, they discovered graveyeards under the city.

♥Love you Sweetie♥

Most children in Europe starts school in September it seems..

She so enjoyed building the dolls. And she is amazing, finding ways to make holes and stringing the parts together, making clothes for them. Just using her imagination and fantasy, and having fun;)
