I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Mum and I was invited to my sis, Rebecca and Benedicte and New Boyfriend.
It turned out that Sarah was there too, along with Benedictes classmate/boyfriend David;)(both aged 7)

We had lunch and Rebecca and Benedicte got their presents. Mum gave Rebecca a wooden toboggan, but couldn’t promise her any snow..she also got a fancy wig.

Benedicte acting up;)

Benedicte got a new pillow and bed sheets with Justin Bieber.

I gave Rebecca a gift card and a DVD, Benedicte got a Justin Bieber book and a JB DVD.
We had a good time, though Mum was relieved when we got home - so was I..

Wednesday afternoon Sarah arrived for her Christmas stay. Thea was pissed that she wasn’t going to stay here, so I had to bribe her with candy and DVD’s, so she wouldn’t cry, and promised that she could come stay alone one day.

After SIL and Thea left, Sarah wanted to make a surprise so I was banned from the kitchen. We were going for dinner at Mums so that was ok, I sat in the living room and relaxed. Turned out she made pancakes, that we brought to Mums for dessert.
We had leftovers and they were yummy and Sarah and Mum get to talk a lot.
When we got back home we watched ”Alvin and the Chipmunchs 2”
Then we ordered some movie tickets. We wanted to watch the new Alvin, but it was only 3D, and none of us are big on that, so we ended up with ”The Adventures of Tintin”.

Thursday we had a nice breakfast watching ”Tom and Jerry” as always;)
We spend the morning enjoying our selves, and then we took the bus to the movies.

Theodore and me at the movies;)

Sarah and the giraffe Lavender at the movies

If you guys hadn’t watched ”The Adventures of Tintin” yet go and watch it. It is an amazing movie to watch even if you are an adult.

After the movie we went to one of Sarah’s favourite shops ”All things”. you get a lot of stuff for almost no money. This time Sarah just bought a pencil that can write in different colours, to use in a notebook she got from deanvica23

The next stop was the second hand shop, where I bought some books and Sarah found a ”silver” trophy that she could not live without;)
As we got home we met Mum and Balder, and I got one of my Christmas presents, a book about Teddy Bears.
Sarah and I spend a lot of time studying that and Sarah got on with her research on ”The Peter Bear”. I think she will write a book about that Bear one day;)

Then I went for a shower, and Sarah decided that washing the cats would be a great idea…Only Jensen wanted to play along though.

Sarah and Jensen after the bath

Sarah made Turkish meat rolls, oven baked potatoes and feta salad for dinner and brought a trey with food to Mum. She loves that she is able to just round the corner and then through the basement in the next block, and then she can bring Mum dinner.
We watched TV when we ate and later we watched ”Home Alone”. Sarah loves it, and I never tire of the thief’s;)

Sarah also tried to make a ”piñata” as seen on Disney Channel, but we didn’t have any balloons, so she used a rubber glove.it turned out great actually.

Sarah making "The hand"....she was sooo sleepy here;)

(I shoved her the clip from ”Leverage” with Parkers ”piñata” where Eliot rips its head off;) She was shocked!

Friday my brother brought Thea to stay here for the day, and Sarah was not impressed about that idea.
I do understand her point, that Thea is only four and gets all the attention, and get to do whatever Sarah does.. Sarah was nine before I got to have her for a day.

But we had a good day all tree of us.
We watched a movie first and then went shopping, and the girls got party hats…

Back home, we had toasts and chips and played and had fun. My bro picked up the girls around 4pm, and then I was kind of beat, so I cleaned up and had an early night in bed.

New Year Evening Mum and I went shopping and then I went home for a nap. After that I made batter for blinis and had a shower and then I went to Mums in time to hear The Queens speech.
Then I baked the blinis, Mum sat the table with our nibble dishes, and we put on our New Year wigs;)

Me in my wig;)

We had a nice peaceful evening, watched ”The Smurfs” on DVD, talked to Sarah and bro around midnight and watched the fireworks for around 45 minutes.
It was a nice evening.

Sunday I took down the Christmas stuff and got rid of the tree, that was a little sad.
Mum was watching Rebecca and Benedicte from Sunday evening to Monday evening, as sis was starting her new shiny job. I watched Balder Monday afternoon, and it is amazing how many people you meet when you are out with a dog;)

Yesterday I cleaned the bathroom and vacuumed the flat, and ended up in bed for 3 hours after that.
Having to do something like the last week, really takes it out of me.

So I took it easy for the rest of the day, as I had bought a ticket for a StageIt Concert with Steve Carlson at 01.00 AM Wednesday morning.
At the same time one of the worst rainstorms in 7 years, decided to hit Denmark, and particularly the northern part where I live.
So it was rain, hurricane winds and trees falling down on the roads.
But the internet survived and I got to see the concertJ It was amazing, and I love that he is doing that, as it makes me feel like a real fan girl seeing a concert, and feeling closer to you guys.

As the fan girl I am, I took pictures *blushes*

He is so pretty♥

I couldn’t sleep much after, not so much from the excitement from the concert, as from the sounds from the hurricane.

So today it has just being shopping for the Bosnia package that is due for Saturday, and writing this…

♥hugs and kisses♥

LOL, Sarah for some reason, loves to bathe my cats;) Jensen was not that impressed, but he behaved for her;)
Not a tradition no, it is usual big hats, but there was none we liked this year, so Mum found those wigs and bought them instead.
Awww thank you♥
